DELIVERY INFORMATION

All local orders in Hong Kong will be sent by SF Express.
1.Free shipping for purchases over $500 HKD or above; For purchases less than $500 HKD, the shipping fee is about 1kg=$30

After the customer places an order, all mailing options will provide a tracking number via email. The general delivery time is 1-2 working days, unless there is unexpected delay. If there are pre-ordered items in the order, we will wait for all the items in the order to arrive before sending them out. It usually takes 10-14 days to order products 

2. Note that all mailing risks (including delays, damage, loss or accidental theft of goods caused by mail) must be borne by the buyer, and this online shop is not responsible for it! 

3. Unsuccessful delivery orders Undeliverable reasons may include incorrect address, absence of recipient or unclaimed goods. When we receive an order package that cannot be delivered, we will notify the customer by email/phone and arrange for re-delivery. For re-shipped packages to Hong Kong, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged! 

4.If the order contains pre-ordered products and spot goods, we will wait until all the products are available, and all the goods will be sent together. If the customer requests to ship the goods first, we will charge an additional shipping fee of HK$30! (Only applicable to free shipping orders)
